spell designs maxi in violet

I love showing motion in pictures (as I’m sure you can tell by now) not only because it lets you focus on the clothes instead of awkward little me but also because it shows the movement in the piece and how it fits from every angle. One of the takeaways I want my readers to get when reading my blog is an actual look at the clothes I’m wearing. That way you can buy something with a little more confidence rather than banking on the fact that the dress looks cool on that 6′ 2″ model that’s sitting down and has 13 other garments on with it.  It gets rid of a little bit of the mystery in the online shopping world. Spell is the absolute best for pictures with movement as their flowy garments kind of flirt with the wind. It makes shooting interesting because you never know what you’ll catch. They literally never seize to amaze me with dreamy pieces with dreamy fabric and dreamy patterns they pop out season after season. Stuff so cool they could only come from Australia (my dream place to visit that WILL happen soon). They know how to make a girl feel sassy yet laid back with a “oh this? I just threw it on” vibe. Which is all I could really ask for…

P.S. Shopbop has a friends and family sale going on so be sure to check it out ASAP! It ends the 15th. Shop the look below. XOXO
