For me this is a very simple look, I’m used to having either a little pattern somewhere or some obscure statement piece so it’s rather refreshing to switch it up and go minimal sometimes. Plus it allows the pieces to speak for themselves instead of throwing something in the mix that takes away from the rest of the outfit. In this case the mom jeans and trench coat get to share the spotlight. Both are very simple yet make a statement in this particular outfit because not much else is going on.
