My Workout Regime with UO x Russell

Since I’m getting sporty with Urban (my go-to for everything but especiallllly athleisure wear)  I thought this would be the perfect time to share my workout regime with you all! This isn’t something I normally would think you guys would care to know but I’ve had lots of questions so I figured it was worth a post. First off I run a lot. Thats kind of my constant workout. I wasn’t always a runner and have a lot of advice on how to get into it so let me know if you all care to know. I run anywhere from 3-5 miles a couple times a week. I almost always have a second workout in rotation to switch things up in between but this is ever-changing, My most consistent second has always been yoga for obvious reasons, I love how they compliment each other. I also get invited to a lot of workout classes, gyms, events, etc so yoga has kind have gone on the back burner lately (other than the short at home stuff) especially because I try to save money where I can. I don’t have a gym membership because I prefer running outside and actually do a lot of workout videos at home via youtube (I’ll link two of my faves: Abs, thighs). Basically I just try to keep active which is suchhhhh cliche advice to give but it really is a good mantra. Just gotta find what you like.
