A few weeks ago my roommates and I spent a long weekend in Chicago to visit our cute friends and go to Lollapalooza. It was magical to get to experience the city in the few months of the year it’s nice and hot. We spent one day at the festival and another day just exploring and galavanting around town. Although I would have normally gone to all 3 days of the festival it was nice to have a mix of both; I didn’t want to leave not getting to experience the city. Plus it was wayyyy worth it for what we did. I mean anytime I’m somewhere with a beach I have to at least stick my feet in the sand so it was amazing to spend the day at one with my friends. Especially with a view like that. Seriously though, if theres two things I love its a beach and a good view so mixing the sand and water with a bad ass skyline is enough to make me enamored.
