Seventies Revival

hippie style

If you know the actual meaning of the word “hippie” you know that it refers more to someone being a member of a counterculture than how we associate it today with someones sense of style. That being said, now that everyone is donning bellbottoms and kimonos with the revival of seventies fashion being back in full swing it’s time to explore other trends from the Flower Power era. Enter the knee high suede boots, denim A-line skirt, and neck-tie blouse. You’ve seen me rock the same blouse here but pairing it with the skirt (also seen here) and boots really re-create a pretty authentic 1970’s get-up while also going against the cliche’ patterned jumpsuit and platforms. Shop below. XOXO
