If you caught this post then you know Payton and I are headed to Miami tomorrow. We were supposed to be going to Fyre Festival in the Bahamas from there but considering things fell apart we’re skipping out on that and extending our Miami trip. If you haven’t heard this was the first year for Fyre and when people started to show up to the first weekend nothing was as promised. It was an unorganized train wreck that you couldn’t look away from. I know because I kept up on Reddit and twitter and may have creeped just about everyone that was there via insta story. I’m still mind-blown by the whole debacle but have never been more relieved and excited for something to be canceled. It’s the satisfaction you get when a friend cancels on you before you were able to cancel on them times 10. I am in need a relaxing vacation where all I do is eat, sleep, and drink and have no bigger agenda. I feel like these never happen in your twenties. Follow along and look out for lotsaaaa content. I’m shooting a bunch of collabs while I’m there.
Now onto the outfit… I love the Venice vibes from the whole shoot. Nothing says beach life like a big orange VW bus, palms, and some vans. And this Free people dress/suspender combo makes the most amazing effortless topper. I got compliments all day on this baby. It’s so cute and versatile. Next time I wear it I want to wear an oversized cropped sweater with it. But for daytime I went with a big hat and one of the many forms of cat eye sunnies I’m switching between right now.
