Hunter Green

I actually think this dress was made for me. You know I’m a big fan of the plunging neckline but you probably didn’t know this is my favorite color of allllllll colors. I always gravitate toward natural colors so ‘naturally’ hunter green is my go to. It’s a perfect neutral to me plus you can wear it with your black accessories or your brown. Hashtag I love having options. P.s. I’m headed to NYFW for the first time this week and I’m pretty giddy about it. I have an app, Timehop, that shows you what you tweeted and instagrammed one and two and three years ago, etc. Two years ago I tweeted “Every year I’m not at fashion week I feel like I’ve failed myself.” Such a fail but still, true (I went through a phase were I tweeted my feelings, don’t judge). It was shortly there after I took the leap and started my blog. It was funny to see that last week as I’m working out my fashion week plans and getting invites I could have only dreamed of then. It made me think of the quote “create the life you want”. It’s one of those things you think people just tell you until you look around and realize you’re on the way to where you’ve wanted to be. I know this blog is still so small and that there’s so much more to learn but it’s very encouraging when all your hard work starts to pay off. It may sound silly to some but for me this is what I’ve dreamt of. So if anything take my advice and leap. Think less about the negatives and more about the possibilities. XOXO
